Dr. Rand graduated from the
University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine in 1974. Dr. Rand
completed a one year general practice internship program with Florida Health
& Rehabilitative Services at Sunland Training Center in Fort Myers, FL. He
graduated from Kenyon College in Gambier, OH in 1970. Dr. Rand has
been practicing in Punta Gorda for over 30 years. Since he began
practicing dentistry, Dr. Rand has kept up to date on many continuing
educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive
and advanced dental care.
Dr. Rand is a member of the American Dental
Association, the Florida Dental Association, the West Coast Dental Association,
the Lee County Dental Society and the Charlotte County Dental Society. He has
also been on the staff at Charlotte Regional Medical Center since 1976 and is
still active. Dr. Rand also served as the main dentist for the Charlotte County
Headstart Program for 25 years.
